Account Executive

About the role

We’re looking for top-tier sales professionals to join our go-to-market team as the first Account Executive and work hand-in-hand with our founders and the rest of the team. You’ll play a key role in bringing Gradium to market, working with some of the most advanced teams in AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and discovery to demos, negotiation, and closing deals

  • Build repeatable playbooks for selling to our ICPs

  • Collaborate closely with Research, Product, and Engineering to craft solutions and provide insights from the field

  • Contribute to GTM strategy, pricing, and messaging based on market feedback

  • Track and report key metrics across pipeline, win rate, and expansion opportunities

Qualifications

  • You have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technical sales (AI, developer tools, or data infrastructure a plus)

  • You have a proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder, high-value deals

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment

  • You bring a consultative approach, understanding pain points before pitching features

  • You are comfortable engaging with technical buyers, founders, CTOs, engineers, and data teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with voice AI or audio interfaces
