About Gradium

Gradium is building voice AI infrastructure for developers and builders. We make it fast and practical to build real-time voice products, from prototypes to production.

We’re looking for a Developer Community Lead to grow Gradium’s developer community across online and offline channels. This is an early, high-impact role for someone who understands developers, builds things themselves, and knows how to turn community energy into product adoption, feedback, and trust.

About the role

You will own Gradium’s day-to-day developer community presence across channels like Discord, GitHub, forums, meetups, hackathons, and events. You’ll help developers discover Gradium, get unblocked quickly, build useful projects, and stay engaged over time.

You’ll work closely with DevRel, GTM, and product to shape the developer experience, run community programs, surface feedback, and strengthen Gradium’s presence in the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Gradium’s developer community across online and offline channels

  • Be an active presence in Discord, GitHub, and other developer spaces, answering questions, supporting discussions, and helping developers get unblocked

  • Build relationships with developers, builders, founders, and technical creators using or evaluating Gradium

  • Run community programs such as office hours, meetups, hackathons, ambassador initiatives, and online activations

  • Identify community champions and help them grow local and online momentum around Gradium

  • Gather feedback from community conversations, GitHub issues, and events, and share insights with DevRel, GTM, and product

  • Collaborate on tutorials, demos, starter apps, example projects, and launch support for technical audiences

  • Use AI coding tools effectively to prototype examples and support developers faster

  • Track community metrics such as growth, engagement, activation, and community-sourced opportunities

  • Travel as needed for meetups, hackathons, conferences, and partner events

  • Represent Gradium externally across events, communities, and ecosystem partnerships

You may be a good fit if you

  • Have experience building, managing, or growing developer communities as well as engaging developers in Discord, GitHub, forums, or similar channels

  • Have experience running community programs, events, or technical activations

  • Can build full-stack apps, are comfortable shipping demos or prototypes and use AI coding tools fluently and effectively

  • Can engage credibly on APIs, SDKs, integrations, and developer workflows

  • Have strong energy, empathy, and responsiveness when working with developers and builders

  • Are a strong communicator in writing and in person

  • Thrive in fast-moving environments where you are helping build the playbook

  • Are based in Paris or willing to relocate

  • Speak English fluently

Nice to Have

  • French proficiency

  • German, Spanish, or Portuguese

  • Experience in DevRel, technical community, or ecosystem role

  • Experience speaking at meetups, conferences, or technical events

  • Familiarity with AI, voice AI, APIs, or developer platforms
