GTM Engineer
About the job
Gradium is looking for a GTM Engineer to architect a technical, high-velocity growth engine. You will sit at the intersection of engineering and sales to drive user growth and conversion. This is a high-impact role where you will build automated systems using LLMs, data APIs, and voice AI to revolutionize how we scale.
Responsibilities
Architect the Signal Engine: Build systems to track high-intent triggers like tech stack changes or social signals and automate lead routing;
Drive the "Aha Moment": Engineer automated bridges between usage milestones and outreach to optimize conversion;
Scale Personalization: Use LLMs and Voice AI to generate hyper-personalized outbound content and custom video demos at scale;
Community Content: architect the stack to to programmatically surface and feature and content created by our community of users;
Deploy AI Agents: Develop internal agents for prospect research, lead enrichment, and automated meeting prep;
Execute Experiments: Design and run A/B tests on onboarding flows and self-serve funnels;
Own the Analytics Stack, including RevOps to monitor funnel health and attribution.
Qualifications
Experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering in a fast-scaling SaaS or AI startup;
Strong command of sales systems, data architecture, and GTM analytics;
Track record building automation, tooling, and processes that drive revenue efficiency, typically with tools such as Clay and Attio;
Deep fluency in Python and SQL and experience with analytics and forecasting models;
Builder mindset: you see GTM systems as products and engineer for scale, not patchwork;
Skilled cross-functional partner who aligns Sales, Marketing, and Product around shared metrics.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with LLM orchestration and Voice AI frameworks (e.g. Livekit, Pipecat)
