Responsibilities

Design and build scalable backend services for real-time audio processing
Optimize API performance and reduce latency for global users
Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
Work with the research team to deploy and serve models efficiently
Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of backend engineering experience
Strong programming skills in Python or Rust
Experience with distributed systems
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice to Have

Experience with real-time audio/video processing systems
Knowledge of WebRTC and streaming protocols
Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Understanding of ML model serving infrastructure
